Poorhouse Kava

I’ve been drinking kava and kratom for a long time and have been to quite a few different kava bars over the years, and I can honestly say this place is one of the best. The atmosphere is great, the drinks are solid, and it’s just a really welcoming spot to hang out. Adam, the owner, is one of the nicest guys you’ll meet. He took the time to talk with me, was incredibly friendly, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the people who come in. That kind of hospitality makes a huge difference. If you’re into kava or kratom, I highly recommend stopping by. Great people, great vibe, and a great place overall.

The vibe here is incredible. I only found kava last night and happened to stumble across this place on Google near a show I was going to. It's like a punk dive bar, but the look and energy of the kava bar are really chill, while there's a lot of energy happening in the rest of the venue. Definitely recommend coming here and checking out the place.

Happened to stumble on this spot on opening day and it was a great time! Love the dive bar vibe and the bartenders were all sociable and super helpful with starting with kava. Definitely worth checking out even if you've never tried it before!
