The Shake and Grind

Pfff what can I say? A-maz-ing!! It was so good I had a latte from the specials and a smoothie after—I was there for an event. The cheddar and chive scones was phenomenal. I love their mercantile wall too. This is also a woman owned businesses which I love to support. If you want a very nice tea, expresso, and shake spot, go here. They have pastry options for Vegans, Gluten free diets, and omnivores like me. I highly recommend The Shake & Grind.

The Shake And Grind is more than just a coffee shop — it’s a whole vibe. The drinks are amazing (the lattes and protein shakes are my favorite!), and the atmosphere is so welcoming. You can truly feel the heart behind this place. It’s the perfect spot to meet friends, work, or just relax. Highly recommend! I love the owner !

Shake and Grind never disappoints! I’ve purchased lattes, cortados, protein smoothies and an occasional baked good and I’m always very satisfied with the overall high quality of their products. The service is superb because Leza, the owner, is so genuinely friendly and accommodating to her customer’s requests. She’s always ready to serve you with a smile! I do find the prices to be somewhat more elevated than some similar locally owned “mom & pop” coffee shoppe-cafes, but it doesn’t keep me from going back because every other aspect about Shake and Grind is very pleasing to me.

I live for the Gluten Free Cranberry Orange Biscotti!! Amazing cafe for coffee, fresh press juice and gluten free pastries while I’m in town. There are zero other available options in town for gluten free and fresh juices!! Incredibly friendly and thoughtful owner and well kept location. A local staple! Worth checking out and 10min from the airport💗✨
