Trung Nguyen E-Coffee

I’ve given this place multiple chances, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. Every time I’ve ordered, the wait has been 20+ minutes for a simple drink. It has never once been quick or efficient. What makes it more frustrating is how disorganized the order system seems to be. Numbers are frequently skipped, and people who ordered after me regularly receive their drinks first while others are still standing around waiting. On my last visit, someone with a number several spots after mine got their drink before I did, while someone who ordered before me was still waiting as well. It makes the whole process feel chaotic and poorly managed. The coffee itself is okay, but the service and wait times completely ruin the experience. When you’re going to a coffee shop, you expect it to be relatively quick and organized. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case here. Until the service and ordering system improve, it’s hard to justify coming back.

Their Strawberry Delight Coffee was so good! Very refreshing, but still had a strong espresso kick. I'll definitely be coming back for this. Just a heads up though, the shop gets pretty crowded on weekends so be ready to be standing very close to the people around.

The coffee here is rich, bold, and incredibly smooth, exactly what you’d expect from the iconic Trung Nguyên brand. Whether you order a classic cà phê sữa đá, a hot black coffee, or one of their specialty drinks, the flavor is consistently strong and aromatic without being bitter. You can really taste the depth and craftsmanship in every cup. The presentation is beautiful, and watching the coffee drip through the phin adds to the experience. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, especially if you’re unfamiliar with Vietnamese coffee styles. They’re happy to offer recommendations and explain the differences between blends. On top of that, the shop is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.

This is one of the great Vietnamese coffee shops in this Texas area. There are many Vietnamese signature coffees here. The traditional coffee is quite strong, which is a good thing for coffee lovers. You can also buy coffee packages for Vietnamese iconic coffee as gifts. Their box is nicely designed. I would recommend trying at least one of their strong black Vietnamese coffees to experience it.

Awesome Vietnamese coffee! I really enjoyed the taste. While the atmosphere is good, I have to be fair with my ratings. The staff was very nice and did a great job explaining the drinks. The menu is impressive, but I was a little disappointed they didn't have a sweet potato latte. Overall, it's a great place, and I hope more spots like this open up in the Dallas area. One thing to note is that the drinks I tried were sweeter than expected. I'll be sure to ask for less sweetness next time.
