Great Harvest Michiana

Tried here once a few weeks ago and now I try and go once a week due to having something near by to do. Really delicious sandwiches and baked goods. Would recommend any of the breakfast sandwiches and donuts (Paczki)!

Since we no longer have one in Indy we were excited to see one close to where we were visiting. While their menu has expanded quite a bit it seems like the quality of the bread has suffered. I used to adore the honey wheat bread. It's nothing like I remembered. It tough and hard to chew.

I love me a good bakery! Especially ones that give you free samples! Today on 12/12 my family and I went here for the first time and we had a good experience. We got a classic turkey sandwich, which was superb! And a lavender latte, which me & my husband loved! And the kids got a reward for helping the bakery look more festive by coloring Xmas pages to tape up! 😊

This place is slept on and I'm sorry I'm just finding out about it. I was on vacation during Thanksgiving, so I was hoping to find more than a store-bought pie the day after. They were actually the first place that came up on "maps". I called them and they only had one pie left and offered to hold it. When I got there, I also had a latte and bought some cookies. They threw in a free package of rolls. The owner was working behind the counter and helping his team and assisting customers. All the baked goods are 10/10. Only wish they didn't come with all the sugar and calories. No one in my family likes pumpkin pie, so I'm going to need to eat the whole pie. Cookies are phenomenal. It's super hard to achieve perfection like that. Everyone was very nice and courteous. Love this place and can't wait to try their menu.

Owner, Tony, was so very helpful and handed out free samples. Everything tastes wonderful and the prices are very reasonable. We bought some cheese bread to go with our dinner tonight. We've also had the apple "scrapple" bread - very tasty toasted with a little butter. YUM! I'm a bread baker myself and appreciate what it takes to make a good loaf and these guys got it!
