Crema's Take
“This Seattle gem is a Parisian-style pastry haven where owner Jacques has perfected the art of French choux and croquembouches that locals are genuinely addicted to—watching the handmade pastries come together in front of you is part of the magic. Beyond the stellar Illy coffee, what really sets Panterelli apart is how it's become the perfect Sunday morning ritual spot for couples and families alike, a place where you can linger over perfectly crafted éclairs and feel like you've stepped into a warm Parisian bakery.”

It’s the best eclair/ choux in town! Jacques the owner is really nice!
Panterelli makes the best croquembouche I have ever had! I worry I might get addicted, one of my friends is already long gone! They make really really tasty mochas & croquembouches & my favorite choux with pistachio filling and strawberry chocolate! My favorite pastry spot in Seattle
Well, it's illy coffee, so there the quality assurance there, but the main point is pastry. 1) it's handmade - you can see that being made in front of you. Okay perhaps the baking part: you can see them put into bakery oven and bake your pastry 2) the pastry itself. If you dig up a bit about the owner's culinary history, the following would just be stating-the-obvious: it's got the right amount dough in my crossiant and the apple pie. Not too thin like "gone with the wind" and not too thick like common pastry on the market. It's baked to perfection and it's never chewry.
my husband and I are starting a new sunday morning tradition - go out for coffee and a pastry and just hang out while we start our day :) Panterelli’s is the perfect place for it! Jacques is extremely kind and welcoming. the neighborhood lines up for all his yummy treats - the pistachio choux & eclair are my fav! super fresh and light - not too sweet. the raspberry is an amazing combo. very lucky to be so close to this place
I love this bakery since they open. My friend from NJ visiting Seattle, I told her we have to go to this bakery. Each Croissant are different and each kind are delicious. Each different Quiche is very good too. My friend from NJ are very impressive. Because it was so good , we order 2nd round and ordered 2 boxes to go to.
