Tii Cup

Got the mango tango and it was absolutely great. Kind and friendly staff. Speedy service. Delicious food. Tried the berry bubble waffle absolutely amazing. It didn't survive long enough for a pick though haha

8/9/25 - Better late than never! :-) Wonderful place. We were dining at a restaurant close by & we can (almost) never pass up a boba tea shop, especially one we've never been to. Despite being five months ago, I remember the woman behind the counter being exceptionally nice & offering up suggestions. A couple other memories that stand out are 1) the yin yang cups. Never have I visited a boba place w/ this on offer. Granted, the drinks you are able to order yin yang style are limited, but heck, what a great idea! If you can't decide what to order, why make the tough choice, get 'em both. 2) they have a mightii cup for only a buck more (see picture). It was not 44 oz or anything but it was substantially larger - and it was very tempting but I was full from dinner. I def need to get back there & try their jackfruit. We ordered the tarococo milk tea and I believe the creme brulee was the other one. We both drank them quickly, they were that good.

This is an awesome place to hangout with friends with delicious drinks and treats! My kids had a get together with their friends for their birthday last week. We had about 12 kids and 5 adults. The owner Daovone setup the back area tables with a beautiful view of the lake for our get together. Everyone ordered different drinks and enjoyed them. I was able to also preorder snacks and Daovone setup a bubble waffle bar for the kids to build their own with various toppings. The popcorn chicken was a hit as well. I ordered original flavor for everyone, but have tried the other flavors, which are all good!!! I received feedback after the event how awesome the hangout was. We all can't wait to come back!!!

This is a great place with a nice view of the lake out back! The owners are friendly and the drinks are delicious. They were very helpful going through the menu and helping me decide on my drink for the day. I chose the Golden Milk Tea! They even have a claw machine that my Granddaughter loves. I highly recommend the place.

ONE OF MY NEW FAVORITE SPOTS TO HAVE MILK TEA!! First time visiting there and my experience was just amazing! Right off of work and upon visitation, I was greeted kindly by the female owner (and her husband was very kind as well, presentation + respect for customers is there!). She offered samples to try by request before I made my order. But MAJOR HATS OFF to their handcrafted bubble waffles - especially the black and white coconut waffle, SO DELICIOUS!!! Their drinks are amazing, the food IS AMAZING, THE ENTIRE ATMOSPHERE IS AMAZING, AND OVERALL THE QUALITY IS AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this place!!
