Dropped in for a quick coffee and I left with nothing less than the best latte I’ve had in a long time. The Carmel Avalanche latte and warm honeycomb bread was absolutely out of this world. I will definitely be returning and cannot wait to come back!
The atmosphere and space is really lovely! A lot of people and community here. I tried the white chocolate iced latte(decaf) and it was mid. Definitely room for improvement there! They are doing some wonderful social work too.
Orange muse dessert is soo good im obsessed I also got the Dubai chocolate cake and the biscoff tres leche cake. The tres leche was the perfect amount of sweetness I loved it .
The first time I went there with my son was good... but the second time I went there was fabulous!! The night before going there i called to order the beautiful desserts the women who answered the phone was great and very helpful, she was working there the next day and was very interactive with the kids. We hope you guys keep these desserts and the young women who helped us bc it is worth the almost 2hr drive!
I’ve been coming to MOTW Coffee and Pastries since it first opened. The coffee is decent, but service has declined over time. When the owners were around, everything felt welcoming, now staff often seem distracted or uninterested. About a month ago, I ordered two lattes (one small, one medium). The medium was much darker and bitter, completely different from the small one. When I politely asked about it, the girl at the counter was rude, insisted it was fine, and refused to remake it, only offered cold heavy cream. I took a photo showing the difference. I gave the place another try today (Nov 4, around 3:20 pm) and unfortunately had the same rude experience with the same person. It’s sad to see a place with so much potential decline because of poor customer service.
