The Beanery

I’ve been coming to the Beanery for years and have always supported them, which makes this especially disappointing to write. Over the past few months, the service and consistency have really gone downhill, and unfortunately I won’t be returning. On two separate occasions, the salsa for my burrito was forgotten—even after I specifically asked for it. While I know I could double-check before leaving, it’s frustrating when it happens more than once. I also ordered a hot Beanery mocha, which normally comes with whipped cream, and it didn’t have any. On top of that, it was so bitter I couldn’t even finish it. When they launched the new Alani drinks, I tried going three different times and they were sold out of all three flavors every single time. If something is clearly popular, you’d think they’d be better prepared to keep it in stock. Most recently, I ordered a Red Bull drink with added flavoring and it tasted like plain Red Bull—no flavor at all. That was the last straw for me. It’s disappointing because I used to really enjoy coming here, but the repeated issues and lack of consistency have made it not worth it anymore.

Ive always had good service here. The drinks are good but the drinks and food arent worth the price. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich tastes like prepackaged frozen food that was heated up in a microwave and its too small and has barely any bacon to be worth $5. A small blended coffee shouldnt be $7 either.

I cannot give a review for the new one they opened on oakmont so I picked the closest one. First time trying it and it did NOT disappoint. Very nice balance of everything. And the ladies was super nice. I would recommend it to anyone. *picture is 24 Oz iced vanilla latte with cold foam*

So thrilled they were open on Christmas morning. The Christmas cookie latte totally made my day! 🍪 That, along with some pretty great gifts. 😂 Great service, and I got my drink really quickly despite the long line on the drive-thru. Thanks, Beanery!

Fast and Friendly are the two words that I’d use to describe this place right off the bat. Every time I go here I’m happily greeted at the menu and at the window. The daily special drink is always some super tempting flavor, and all the drinks that I’ve tried out so far have been really good. At this point I’m convinced that the best iced in town is from here. It’s the only drink I’ve had more than once so far 😅 Once you get to the window they take your card and have it back to you within seconds and your drink is not too far behind. This is a great place to get coffee on this side of town, I would definitely recommend anyone give it a try.
