Sip Cha

Crema's Take

Sip Cha brings creative tea drinks and rolled ice cream to La Vista, with their made-to-order approach giving you a front-row seat to the craft—just come prepared to wait a bit for the experience. While their signature brown sugar milk tea and tarot smoothie earn solid praise, the menu's limited flexibility (like their cold-only Original Tea Series) and hit-or-miss pastries suggest focusing on their specialty drinks and rolled ice cream rather than the food offerings. It's a charming neighborhood spot that shines as a dessert destination, especially if you're visiting other restaurants in the Midlands Place area.

The tarot smoothie was good, egg rolls were just ok and the service was neutral.

On the menu, under the ‘Original Tea Series,’ I wanted to order an Oolong Green Tea, but I don’t like cold drinks. I asked him if I could have it hot, but he said all the drinks are cold. Really? I don’t believe they don’t have hot Vietnamese coffee, just like hot tea. I think his attitude was unprofessional because he didn’t want to communicate with me.

Too exp for an overnight old waffle. The batter itself is sour, with a very artificial color and taste, texture is soft and boring . You will get a tiny waffle for $5. The tea is nothing but sweet milk. Can’t even taste the tea.

Saw Sipcha in Shadow Lake and decided to give it a try and we will for sure be back!! My daughter got rolled ice cream and I tried the brown sugar milk tea for the first time and some flan. The flan was REALLY good! I really enjoyed the brown sugar milk tea also! My daughter loved the rolled ice cream! I tried hers and IMO it was better than the place we used to go for rolled ice cream! If you are in the area you need to check them out!

Wonderful rolled ice cream. A hidden gem in Midlands Place. Great for a treat after eating at one of the other restaurants there. They do make it right in front of you so be patient - more of an experience versus fast food. This time wife has a mint chocolate and I had Smore. Macaroons looked very good but did not try one (this time).
