CoBrew
47 John St, Stamford, CT
Crema's Take
“CoBrew pairs serious coffee with a working makerspace in the back, making it the rare café where you can actually build something between sips. The kitchen turns out genuinely impressive omelets and breakfast that justify lingering, and the whole setup feels designed for people who want to collaborate, create, or just settle in for hours—not rush through. If you're in Stamford and want a coffee shop that's actually *interesting*, this is it.”
What to expect
Specialty coffee. A slow-sit spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast on the menu.
Google Reviews
Had a coffee and omelet, both were fantastic. Then had a chance to take a look at some appliances, but was excited to see the makerspace in the back of the building. Very cool, will be back.
