Crema's Take

Cups Cafe is a charming Palm Springs gathering spot where the desert aesthetic pairs beautifully with genuinely excellent service and thoughtfully prepared food that goes beyond typical cafe fare—think brioche French toast brûlée and crab cakes with Asian-inspired sauces alongside solid breakfast classics like chilaquiles. The outdoor seating and adorable decor make it an inviting place to linger over your coffee, whether you're meeting a friend or reconnecting with family, and the kitchen clearly takes pride in fresh ingredients and thoughtful execution.

We saw to foot traffic and made a first time on Monday. I had a taste for crab cakes. They were garnished with a sweet Asian sauce with red pepper and pineapple and were delicious! My partner had buttermilk pancakes and bacon, which he enjoyed. The service was very attentive. We will return.

Visiting my son here in the desert from the I.E. and we had the Chilaquiles eggs over medium with all the fixings. Deliciousness! Service was excellent. Food was fresh. The tortillas were crunchy the red sauce was not too spicy, it was just right. The best part about breakfast was the company, thank you Aaron!

Had a great experience at Cups Cafe! Tried the Brioche French Toast Brulée and it was absolutely delicious. Also had the steak and eggs, which were cooked just right and really flavorful with cilantro pesto. Great food, cozy atmosphere, and friendly service. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a solid brunch spot.
