Food is overpriced for the amount you get. The total was $60 and we got a crispy chicken sandwich with fries I got like 10 fries in total 2 ketchup PACKETS and the chicken was still FROZEN. And an order of chicken waffles and it was a literal chicken patty that looked like it came right out of a freezer from Walmart. And honestly wouldn’t be surprised if those waffles were store bought as well. We also got an order of mozzarella sticks and they were soft and doughy like they weren’t cooked all the way either. We did get two drinks with it and the drinks were good but still almost $10 for a small drink?? And just to add on we ordered at a SCREEN and went to grab the food when it was ready and they still asked for a tip?! For what raw chicken?! Just honestly not a good experience and will not be returning.

Their bingsu was amazing! We got the strawberry Bingsu but it definitely needs a little more syrup or condensed milk but it was still good! Also got the caramel bingsu and it didn't have enough ice cream or condensed milk either. Ordering was easy with a virtual kiosk but the wait took a while, the atmosphere was dimly lit and gave homey vibes. Great place to snack and do some work. They also had tons of other sweets. As well as a display of Bingsu and their bread so you can see how big the portions are, definitely coming back!

This place is underrated, plenty of food options. Great study or co working space. Nice music that’s not too loud. WiFi password is on the receipt lol great idea! Recommend for casual hangouts or just a nice place to gather.

I came to Tom N Tom’s to finish out my work day. I ordered a fruit cup, it was old and moldy. They gave me a new one but I was so grossed out. The chicken bites were not good and didn’t look like the picture. I was so disappointed with my experience. It’s a good space to work/study. I would not eat the food here again.

This spot is truly charming and peaceful, with a beautiful and well-designed interior. The two floors offer great seating options, including private spaces for more comfort. The juice was refreshing and full of flavor, and while the coffee differed from my usual favorite, it was still enjoyable. Their baked goods were decent too. I haven't tried the food yet, but I'm definitely planning to come back to sample some of their signature dishes. A truly special place!
