Crema's Take
“This cozy mom-and-pop bakery in Glenwood Springs is a destination for genuinely exceptional pastries baked fresh daily, from buttery croissants with that perfect delicate crust to savory spinach artichoke danishes that have won over even pastry chef customers. Beyond the pastries, they pull smooth, perfectly-tempered espresso drinks and offer thoughtful touches like gluten-free options and day-old values, making it feel like a place that actually cares about its community. The charming, quaint space invites you to linger—whether you're meeting a friend or stealing a quiet moment—and everything about it suggests quality craftsmanship at reasonable prices.”

I had a phenomenal spinach artichoke and feta danish. The croissants are perfect. Fluffy. Ever so slight crust. It’s very evident that it’s fresh and ready for a long line of customers eagerly awaiting their chance to try a delicious lineup. Would 1000% come back here again.
Really tasty sandwiches and their pastries were incredibly soft and delicious! Only bad thing was their apple cider - it was the worst we've ever had, it tasted like lukewarm water mixed with artificial candy apple flavoring.
We are fortunate to have a bakery like Annie’s here in Glenwood. As a fellow pastry chef, there are times when I simply want high-quality baked goods that are reasonably priced yet truly exceptional. Their pastries taste like they were made by my French/Danish grandmother herself. Nostalgic, balanced, and baked to perfection. The coffee is phenomenal as well. The staff is consistently warm, knowledgeable, and helpful when it comes to dietary restrictions and allergies. I often arrive with quite a few questions, particularly when I’m ordering larger batches to share with fellow vendors for work (my partner is allergic to artichokes), and they are always patient, accommodating, and kind. We’re lucky to have them!
Quaint mom & pop bakery. Pastries are baked here. Good gluten free options & day old values. They had a great assortment of savory & sweet pastries. We had a mocha which was smooth & perfect temperature. Across from Hotel Colorado. Very convenient & open early.
Charming Little Spot in Glenwood Springs! Annie’s Bakery is a lovely hidden gem in Glenwood Springs. The atmosphere is warm and inviting—perfect for a quiet morning or afternoon break. I tried the chai spice, and it was absolutely delightful—perfectly balanced with just the right hint of warmth and sweetness. The fresh croissants were another highlight: flaky, buttery, and clearly made with care. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this spot is definitely worth a visit. Looking forward to going back!
