Buyer beware: False advertising + bad product. I decided to check this place out using a buy-one-get-one (BOGO) coupon from The Source. I ordered 2 drinks totaling $14. The cashier told me I couldn’t use the coupon because I needed a minimum $10 purchase. To which I replied “and what’s the problem???” She told me “after applying the coupon your total is less than $10”. After questioning if she’s 100% positive that’s how their BOGO works, she replied “yes that’s how it works and you can’t use the coupon”. So I paid for both drinks and chalked it up to poor training, incompetence, or deceptive sales practices. Then I took a drink, experienced the worst tasting tapioca pearls (bubbles) I’ve ever had (terribly stale), and threw it away.

I go to this store a lot on my lunch break. Every time my friends and I walk in, Kim greets us with the most wonderful smile!! I always have the greatest conversations with her, and I’ve never once had a bad experience at this store. Their boba is amazing (especially the Thai tea, I order it so much that she doesn’t even have to ask 😂) and the service is even better. I highly recommend this place to everyone I meet!

Check this place out!! Great selection of teas, flavors, and toppings. Has some unique options for toppings like cotton candy! Service was great as well! Nice recommendations. Was a bit pricey, $30 for 3 drinks, but is a good one in a while treat.

Ordered the Peach Ring which was delicious and refreshing. The service was quick and friendly. I would definitely come back.

If you love boba, then this place is the place to go in Bend. The boba is freshly made and the flavor is on point. This place has a new owner Kim, and she was the one who made our drinks 👌. I think she makes it as good as the boba in San Francisco, Ca. Would definitely recommend 10/10. Wish they were out in the Bay Area
