Crema's Take

This Prescott Valley brunch spot has earned loyal fans for its generous portions and creative breakfast items like birria hash and cinnamon butter-topped French toast, though quality can be inconsistent across the menu. The cafe thrives as a community gathering place with warm, attentive service and a festive atmosphere that makes families and groups feel genuinely welcomed over leisurely meals. If you're after traditional comfort food with occasional standout dishes and don't mind paying premium prices for the experience, the friendly vibes and reliably good pastries make it worth a visit.

Came for brunch and did not disappoint. Got some french toast with the Gringo combo, good sized portions, the cinnamon butter was delicious. Shauna and Grace were our servers and made us feel extremely welcomed and taken care of.

Stopped in for breakfast. Menu was interesting with some unique items available. This restaurant was very pricey for breakfast. Unfortunately the quality of the food was lacking. I ordered the "homemade" Corned Beef Hash. The Corned Beef was squares of the Corned Beef with leftover baked potatoes mixed in. Not a bad combination except the Corned Beef was grisly. There was more potato than Corned Beef in this $15.99 choice. The side of beans and the green sauce was very tasty. My breakfast companion ordered a steak tip breakfast and mentioned the steak was also grisly. That's 2 for 2. What really disappointed was that the server never once asked if we enjoyed the meal. I would've preferred to share my observations with the staff instead of Google. With food prices being as high as they are, I expect to enjoy what I pay for.

I had a biscuit and gravy and my husband got the birria hash and when I say it is the best birria I’ve had in a long time it really is! Probably the best in town. My biscuit and gravy hit the spot too! Definitely recommend and will be bringing my family here when they come to visit.

Service was great! Portion sizes were nice but it is odd to have a “Benedict” section of the menu then claim you can’t poach eggs? Hollandaise was also boring. One more piece of feedback for management, the music shouldn’t have ads… someone needs to upgrade their Spotify account because that is a huge vibe killer. Decor was cute though. Not sure we will be back until someone reports they add a ladle and pot of boiling water to rectify the unpoachable egg situation :/ Also forgot our order of pumpkin pancakes, but they didn’t show up on the bill.
