BEST COLD FOAM IN THE GAME! I've been getting coffee here since it was a trailer in front of a house. The brick in mortar is phenomenal! Lots of space to sit and regularly coming out with new and original flavors! I just had there version of a chocolate covered strawberry cold brew... Strawberry cold foam with chocolate cold brew. Never had anything like it. Incredible!! My go to is the vanilla cold brew. Hits every time. I recently tried the matcha and wow. Absolute perfection.

Freaking amazing coffee and drinks I am obsessed with coffee and this place first time here was so good we enjoyed our coffee and loved the atmosphere here. But can the owner move the headlamp in front of the menu it's a sore eye and can't even see the menu while you're in line or even in front of it

I got a hot latte, it came out pretty fast, and it was delicious. The one thing I wasn’t expecting was it to be so religious, and because I am not religious I don’t see myself hanging out here, though I may order a coffee to-go. But I am looking forward to trying other places in Tulare, and that there are so many coffee shops popping up!

So cute inside! Really good matcha! Joe’s avocado toast just needs a little more salt in my opinion. Definitely going back!

I also tried one of their seasonal specialties, the lavender honey latte, which was a delightful surprise. The flavors were well-balanced, with just the right hint of floral sweetness, making for a unique and refreshing drink. Their cold brew is also top-notch, strong and invigorating without being overly bitter—perfect for those hot California days. Beyond the coffee, Vali offers a selection of pastries and light bites that are fresh and delicious, making it an ideal place for breakfast or a quick snack. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to recommend a new drink or help you find your next favorite brew. Overall, Vali Coffee is a standout in Tulare's coffee scene.
