Excellent place with healthy, delicious shakes and teas. The waffles are great, too. The owners are awesome people and always give you the friendliest service.

They were able to make my drink just the way I wanted it and the owners really know their information about what foods and drinks are good for health. They are super friendly, kind, and really willing to help you out! Their protein waffles are delicious too! I would absolutely recommend coming here for a refreshing and healthy drink!

My husband and I usually go to a local spot up in Ogden, but we were down this way and decided we wanted a tea. When I say this place is amazing I mean it! The owners were very personable, kind, and helpful with answering any questions about the menu. The mai tai & blue blast tea’s are phenomenal healthy energy drinks. The size is great as well, you really feel you’re getting your moneys worth. We decided to get a protein shake as well, the gym rat (chocolate whey w/ added peanut butter) really hit the spot! We will most definitely be coming here again.
