I love their coffee. They have a pop up at the farmers market in valley ranch too so I try to stop by after work when I can. Highly suggest getting a late with coconut white chocolate cold foam. They usually dont put the flavors in the cold foam but have always done it when I've asked. So so so good.

Been passing by on 1314, 2x a week. So glad I stopped in! Hot and delicious, customised to what I wanted and so fast. My drink was ready and in my hand at the same moment I finished paying. That is fast! Especially as a notoriously late mother, quick is worth so much! Prices comparable to Starbucks, with a 10 drink loyalty system. Highly recommend, will be returning.

I had an amazing experience at Cinco Vidas Coffee Company! The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can tell they really care about their customers. The coffee itself was fantastic, rich, smooth, and full of flavor. I especially loved their unique “bucket of coffee” option. It’s such a fun idea and perfect for sharing (or for those of us who just can’t get enough caffeine!). Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Wow! 😁 What a great experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warm aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a cozy, welcoming vibe. The owner and his sister were incredibly friendly and their customer service is top notch. I’m glad I found my new go to coffee shop! Tried the horchata iced coffee and it’s delicious 😋 highly recommend!

Cute concept we came across.. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Informed us where they typically setup and about other events they frequent. It was nice to learn about local events that go on in the area. We tried the tres leches latte (iced) & cafe de olla latte (iced) both were great. We did order it less sweet and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. We also purchased a bag of whole beans to try at home.
