Wake Up Call - Liberty Lake

Walked in to this shop today to get pastries and coffees ... after waiting at the counter for almost 10 full minutes we left and went to Love Coffee close by. The two young women working there didn't even acknowledge that we were there, let alone actually asking what we were interested in getting. Unbelievable lack of professionalism at this place. If I could they would get a "0-star" rating.

01/28 Whoever was working the window tonight was absolutely amazing!! She helped me pick out my drink and the informed it was happy hour so I could get the bang for my buck. She was so friendly and even had me try it to make sure I loved it!! So so sweet!!

Came in to get a drink that I had no clue what it was called, the person at the window was so so sweet. I didn't catch their name but they had curly hair; they made it really easy and were so patient! The drink ended up being really good but the costumer service was the real shining star here.

i was riding my motorcycle and it was so cold outside so i came in to warm up and the girls were so nice. they offered me some hot water and their energy was just so awesome and sweet. 10/10 customer service and kindness :)) their coffee is always good i think everyone knows that

Stopped by here and since I just drink " regular coffee" without all d fancy names and coffee lingo knowledge a young lady named Ana helped me get what I wanted. She listened to my basic request then proceeded to make me perfect coffee without all d mickey mouse addatives. I have no idea what she did but Ana did a great job. As I sat there in the lobby I noticed d cute Italian style coffee cup do guess what I bought it as a reminder of my visit there. Loved the ambiance of the place, very modern.
