I ordered a Mexican mocha and it tasted like a cup of steamed milk with a sprinkle of cinnamon. My expectation is for a specialty drink like that to have a bold Espresso flavor foundation balanced with sweetness and cinnamon. This was just flavorless, even after stirring it well in the event that it was just poorly prepared. The service is great and their coffee may be great as well, but I would not come here again for a specialty coffee drink.

If you’re a fan of a solid latte, you have to try the Brown Sugar Latte at Ignite. What makes it so special is that they actually make their own syrup from scratch, and you can really taste the difference. It’s not that fake, sugary taste you get at most places; it has a deep, rich flavor that is unique to them. I’ve had it both hot and cold, and honestly, you can't go wrong with either. Definitely my favorite spot in Oceanside!

Love this spot! The coffee is always on point and the vibe is super chill. Owner is friendly and welcoming, and they make you feel right at home. Great place to hang out, get some work done, or just relax with a good cup of coffee. Definitely my go to coffee shop!

Ignite Coffe brings value to Oceanside. The customers have the option for back patio, restaurant, or sidewalk seating. This seating option allows to take advantage of the wonderful weather of Oceanside. The owner poured our drinks. I asked him the reason for the "Patch Board," he responded, "to show a caring community." Also, the photos on display tastefully highlighted Oceanside. The owner was both friendly and kind, and at the same time he was hard at work tending to the coffee shop. The shop was a little clutter with supplies, but it is better to be overstocked than understocked. Street parking is reasonable. Please be mindful of the 2-Hour Parking limit. I will return in the near future to enjoy another cup of coffee. I hope to see you at Ignite Coffee Company.

I recently tried the Vanilla Latte at Ignite, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavor was smooth, rich, and not overly sweet — just right. It had a really fresh taste, which made it stand out from other lattes I’ve had. The vibe at Ignite is also really great — cozy, friendly, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back for another cup soon!
