Crema's Take

Tucked inside a hotel but surprisingly charming, Ode to Food and Drinks wins hearts with a riverside patio perfect for lingering over creative cocktails and a thoughtful menu that ranges from full breakfasts to elevated appetizers. Their bloody Mary bar and well-crafted mixed drinks are standouts, though the kitchen occasionally stumbles on execution—but the genuinely warm staff and pleasant interior setting make it easy to overlook the occasional miss. It's the kind of place where you'd happily spend an afternoon with friends, especially if you snag a seat with a view of the water.

Very good food, & very nice staff. We ate outside. My only complaint was the trees. I couldn't see the river. They serve up some pretty good mixed drinks as well.

Stopped in for drinks and appetizers. Cocktails were well made and enjoyable. The food, however, fell short. The ghost cheese nachos arrived cold despite the restaurant not being busy. They were sparse—mostly cheese and scattered bacon—and missing the chives listed on the menu. The salad was fresh and well prepared. The bread with herb cheese was underwhelming, served on what seemed like a store-bought bun rather than fresh bread. I do appreciate the decreased pricing. The area downtown needs something more “‘mid range” to draw in more traffic.

Very pleasant experience. Great food and service. My Mom got a tuna burger with Cajun seasoning that was amazing. I had the San Francisco breakfast and really enjoyed that. Nice interior setting and patio setting on the river. Parking is a bit difficult to find.

Good food, patio seating is limited but nice view of the river. In the hotel, but not too bad. Parking on the street...dont try and park in hotel area.

A group of us was in town for Rock The Country last weekend and we found this perfect brunch spot. The bloody Mary bar was awesome and our server Casey was the absolute best. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Our food was amazing and it had a relaxing view. We dined outside and it was fabulous!!
