The Breakfast Factory

Crema's Take
“This cozy Clovis spot trades pancakes for hearty, well-seasoned savory breakfast sandwiches and fresh-made donuts that feel genuinely homemade rather than mass-produced. The vibe is laid-back and welcoming with chill music, making it feel like a little hidden gem where locals linger over coffee and conversation rather than rush through. Fair warning: they're often stretched thin during peak hours, but when the kitchen's firing on all cylinders, you'll get generous, flavorful food that tastes like someone actually cares about what's on your plate.”

I'm not sure if maybe we came on a bad day but they were very understaffed. I think only one person cooking in the kitchen and one person handling the customers. We went for brunch at 1pm. They were completely sold out of pastries and donuts. The wait was insane but again, I think they were understaffed. The gentleman handling the customers was doing his best and was extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. He def went above and beyond trying to placate everyone and apologizing for the wait or if they were out of items. The food however, was extremely disappointing considering what's posted to their IG and on Yelp and Google reviews. My friend got the American breakfast - bacon and 2 eggs with a croissant instead of toast. The croissant was cold and stiff and looked / tasted exactly like a Costco croissant, which is fine but I was surprised they didn't warm it up or toast it or anything. The bacon looked exactly like microwaved oscar meyer cheap dollar store bacon. It was not impressive and very sad looking, my friend did not eat it and just left it on the side of her plate. The hashbrowns looked like they were previously frozen and had a weird color / texture. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel with tater tots. Honestly the tater tots were the star of the show. Perfect. The bagel they used for my breakfast sandwich, they may have over toasted or something because it was hard as a rock and i could barely bite into it. I cut up the roof of my mouth. I ended up ditching the bagel and just using a fork to eat the contents of the sandwich. I ended up going to my car to get my hot sauce packets because I didnt' want to bother the staff that was already busy. Unfortunately i do not recommend this place, our experience was not the greatest. I hope maybe they change up their menu or re-vamp.
I came once and the food had alot of flavor my bacon was that thick juicy bacon like real bacon On this day the food was flat ( no flavor) the poor guy infront was all alone and had a full house so it took forever for me to get my food My dad said the coffee was terrible And the bacon was different it was that cheap thin sliced bacon A box of food is about 20 bucks and so I just expected more I was busy this day and for a 20 dollar box I would like to continue my day actually satisfied But I will give big props to the man who runs the front he is so nice and works hard. Maybe the owner can be nice and give him some help on those busy days. The restaurant is clean and great atmosphere But the food yall We come to eat! And pay to eat good!
A little hidden spot, almost missed it on the way. But I'm glad I stopped by! Staff is very nice, music is chill. No pancakes, just well seasoned savory breakfast, donuts, and vibes. I recommend the bacon skillet. It was more expensive than I expected, but after trying it, it's worth the price.
Hubby and I found this little gem that we loved! I got the sausage and eggs and hubby got the brisket breakfast sandwich. The sandwiches and taters were so good! Everything was so fresh and tasty. We will definitely be back when we’re back in town.
First time at Breakfast Factory and wow—what a treat! The sandwich I ordered was not only huge but absolutely delicious. Packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and clearly made with care. You can tell they don’t skimp on quality or portion size. The atmosphere inside is cozy with a nice view of the street—perfect for a relaxing morning. Highly recommend if you’re hungry and want something satisfying and hearty!
