Crema's Take

Corner Coffee is a thoughtfully run neighborhood spot that prioritizes quality fundamentals: they're making their own syrups, sourcing fresh local milk, and pulling espresso-focused drinks with real care and consistency. The vibe is genuinely welcoming for both lingering study sessions and quick coffee runs, with solid pastries, reliable WiFi, and a staff that seems to actually enjoy being there. It's the kind of place where you notice the small choices—no corporate syrups, proper technique on pour overs—that add up to something worth seeking out when you're in Minneapolis.

What to expect

Espresso-focused, with a pour-over program, good cold brew. A laptop-friendly, quick-grab spot, good for meetings. Pastries and light food on the menu. Wifi.

Corner Coffee has a nice atmosphere. We ordered a latte, matcha, and a bacon ham & cheese croissant. The drinks were fine, but the croissant was served cold and tasted a bit dry. It would have been much better warmed up to make it fresh and crunchy.

I needed a chill study spot and a snack pretty early, I got the almond croissant and an iced coffee and my total was $10 with tip. It’s directly in front of target. They have good WiFi and a bathroom, and it’s clean and bright in here.
