Wonderful spot to grab some tea that's open a little later than other cafes in the area. I had the chai latte (no upcharge on oat milk!) and I loved it!

I’ve been wanting to check this place out since it opened. They now have an inside space - I’m excited to come again to read. The chai latte and donuts were great! I love that they don’t charge for the non-dairy milk options.

The donuts they have here are amazing. The glazed is like a giant krispy Kreme! The staff are always incredibly nice, wonderful addition to the neighborhood! Don't drink coffee, but excited for a place to grab iced teas in the summer.

New coffee on Armitage! They currently have their window open not indoor seating yet. The person who took my order was so kind. They do non-diary milk with no up charge for it. They also have yummy vegan donuts!
