I love Cruzin Coffee Company for so many reasons, but this experience really stood out. They let my husband try a new coffee roast they’re considering switching to, and it genuinely showed how much they care about their customers and local opinions. It’s not every day a business invites real feedback like that, and it made us feel valued rather than just another order. On top of that, the coffee is consistently great, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere always feels welcoming. Cruzin Coffee truly supports and listens to the community they serve, and that’s what keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!
Hands down the best coffee shop in Tenino. The coffee is so good, consistently smooth and exactly what you need to start your day. And don’t sleep on the burritos…quick and seriously delicious. Perfect when you want something fast without sacrificing quality (and so perfect when you’re running late for school, kids love them too). The whole location just has a great ambiance and the baristas always make it even better. Special shoutout to Elizabeth, she’s truly the best. Super friendly, hilarious, knows her craft to a T and always makes the current experience better than the last. Honestly, why don’t we see her as much anymore?! She’s a total gem and missed! Overall, this place is a win every time. Amazing coffee, solid food, great energy, highly recommend stopping by if you haven’t already. My whole family loves it too!
I ordered four drinks at the coffee shop, the lady working there misheard when I said three of them were hot. She made them cold instead. I told her that it was a mistake and I felt bad so I gave her an extra $5 tip. After she gives us our drinks she walks away and starts blaming us to another customer saying it was our fault. Horrible customer service and experience.
We have been going there since they opened their doors. We have never had a bad experience. The barista’s are friendly, always greet you with beautiful smiles. And they have a great menu both for drinks and food. Some of the food items they sell are local to the community.
Super friendly owners who made us a drink Sunday evening when they were closed and working on the espresso machine. My iced vegan hot chocolate was perfect! Great menu and cute stand. Good prices, too!
