I normally don't write reviews. The gentleman in the food preperation area does not care about customer service or even knows what customer service is. I have been frequenting this establishment on a regular basis and this worker does not even try to help you. I dread the days I go in there and he is there. On other days when he is not there the customer service is fantastic. If you want a great Pump and Pantry to go to this is the one except for when he is there. Went there tonight, and the lady who rang us up made the most inappropriate comments. She was pointing out things about me and my boyfriend and judging what kind of snacks we were getting. Won't be going here again. Thanks for basically calling us fat for getting donuts.
Three employees into the food service area with one customer there and zero at the front counter. About seven people in line there. I waited along with everyone else for five minutes and then gave up. I went to another business (competitor) who wanted to be present for customers.
This pump and pantry has a great staff! Best manager ever... They have delicious chicken!
Manager very rude was not informed I could not have food and less it was take out had to throw away a full soda on top of that throw away food
