Crema's Take

Tucked in a quiet corner near Lipscomb University, this non-profit coffeehouse has earned its reputation for what many call Nashville's best cold brew, though their creative signature drinks like the Georgia on My Mind (a surprisingly delightful coffee-and-peach blend) are equally worth seeking out. The spacious, welcoming interior strikes that perfect balance between a serious espresso bar and a comfortable gathering spot, making it equally suited for focused study sessions, dog-friendly strolls, or catching up with friends over a thoughtfully-crafted cappuccino. With beans sourced from at least three continents and a genuinely warm staff, it's the kind of place that stays in your memory long after you leave Nashville.

I had moved away from Nashville years ago, but this coffee shop stuck in my mind as a great place to drink coffee, study, or relax. Used to love the atmosphere. I happened to be back in town recently for a certification, so I wanted to study here again. While the coffee and service is just as wonderful as I remember, unfortunately the interior is not. What was once a cozy spot to sip coffee on a rainy day and knock out a paper is now a colder feeling place due to the new paint job inside and the loss of the warm colors. I still like this place a lot, but I don’t think I’ll find myself studying here as often as I used to.

Dare we say, the best cold brew in Nashville? Well, we said it. Lovely non-profit shop in a quiet part of town, right by Lipscomb University. They have beans from (at least) three continents, and the cold brew had that perfect balance of fruit and dark chocolate.

When I visited to Nashville, I was looking for the nice coffee place. During walking my dog, I found this place and decided to try it. The inside of this place is way bigger than I expected and their coffee was good. I wanted to try the cookies but they have only two options. I don't remember the name of the cookie but it was not my type. If you are not good at too sweet dessert, I don't want to recommend it. The vibe of this place was good. I like their interior design and decoration. If I live in this area, I am sure I want to visit to this place many more time :)

The coffee here is incredible! I got the Georgia on my Mind, thinking that coffee and peach was a strange combination, but wow! It very much surprised me! My fiancé got the “Wake Up San Francisco” and said that it was very tasty, good coffee, and good flavor balance. It paired well with the coffee. We also got a white chocolate lemon cookie and that was also really yummy! And for 2 drinks and a cookie, the price was really low compared to other coffee shops I’ve visited. I also love how this shop helps bring clean water to people in need! The atmosphere is very nice! My fiancé, who loves plants, commented on just how pretty and well taken care of the plants are here. Highly recommend checking this place out when you have a chance!

The service was kind and friendly. Vanilla cappuccino with almond milk and iced latte were delicious. The atmosphere has a cool vibe. Can meet to chat with a friend, study or just go to enjoy a good cup of coffee. I love their Mission…it’s commendable, read about it on their website.
