Never had a bad drink yet and don't suspect I ever will. Great service no matter who is working. They even made sure the hot chocolate for the kiddo wasnt too hot. They also have loyalty cards now too!

I had a generally positive experience with Alaska Coffee. The customer service was excellent, and the speed of service was impressive. However, the Italian soda lacked flavor, and the latte tasted watered down. I suggest checking the grind size and tamping before brewing to improve the coffee’s taste. Despite these issues, the overall service quality makes it worth a visit.
