Crema's Take
“Tucked away in an Oakland Park plaza, Maggie's Favorite has earned devoted fans for its genuinely warm hospitality and reliably excellent coffee drinks, especially their precise cappuccinos. This is the kind of neighborhood spot where fresh-baked pastries like cinnamon rolls and solid breakfast fare make it equally suited for a quick caffeine fix or lingering conversations, though consistency can be a bit uneven with some items. With a 4.9-star rating from nearly 400 reviews, it's clear this intimate cafe has found its people—those seeking that rare combination of skilled espresso work and genuine human kindness.”

Delightful. I was gifted a LOLO gift from a friend to try this place and am I glad I did. This quaint coffee shop is located in a plaza just off Oakland Park and I might never have found it without this Lolo gift. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a cappuccino. Both were good. I don't love being served in paper plates but otherwise this was a win. The staff was welcoming, helpful, warm and the location is cute, comfortable and clean. They have desserts, breakfast, lunch and even wine for your afternoon toast. I would definitely recommend and return.
It’s been a while since I had a great first experience at a cafe. This place is so cute and inviting, the woman at the counter that took my order was so nice! The cinnamon roll is baked fresh as soon as you order it, it was the best. So delicious. The coffee was also delicious and featured a thoughtful little heart design at the top which I love and appreciate. This took me from a chilly morning to a warm and toasty afternoon. Everything was perfect.
If you’re looking for the perfect breakfast, this is definitely the place to go. Everything we ordered was delicious, fresh, and well prepared. We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming back.
The cappuccino was exactly what I had hoped for. Everyone was friendly and kind. I can't really complain about anything. The Cuban sandwich was good but I wouldn't say it was great and the same goes with the cinnamon roll. I was hoping for more which is why I only rated it four stars.
Everything was like it came out of a microwave. We started our meal with the cappuccino and it was good. We ordered avocado toast and it has no flavor and was cold. The croissant was heated in the microwave. The fried egg also seemed like it came out of a microwave. It was cold and I’m just thinking, if you can’t get the eggs right, how much more the fancy meals on your menu. The prosciutto was not delicious. The arugula was wilted, (who does that?). We were very disappointed with the amount of money we had to pay for a terrible breakfast.
