Crema's Take

Snowy Owl Kombucha is a vibrant tea and kombucha destination in Buffalo that's clearly won over locals with its thoughtfully crafted beverages and creative flavor combinations. Beyond the drinks themselves, the shop feels like a genuine gathering space with striking murals and a surprisingly cozy atmosphere that invites you to linger, whether you're catching an art show or meeting a friend. Their expertise shines through in personalized recommendations for how to enjoy their kombucha, showing they're invested in helping you discover your perfect sip rather than just selling you a bottle.

Never thought loose tea could taste so enjoyable. So glad I found this tea house.

We went to visit during an art show, and the place is amazing. The murals are vibrant, and really take advantage of the space. It was surprisingly warm inside, even though it was 26 degrees out, and this was previously part of the food terminal, not a traditional commercial space. The tea was very nice and we'll have to stop back in and get more types to try.

I love this new place. We were in Vancouver and then Alaska two years ago and they had kombucha everywhere! I am so excited to see Snowy Owl Kombucha open up! They offer a prepaid card that you can get one or two or more bottles per week. They have several flavors and even a few on tap to just grab a glass! They also offer cans of kombucha. They have teas and other items as well! So glad that I discovered this place!!!

This place serves up some of the best kombucha I have had. They have a variety of flavors to suit every palette, and have some great ideas on how to drink it (what to mix it with to make the experience extra awesome). The space is an old barrel factory (hence the name of the location- inside the Barrel Factory) with exposed bricks and has a great vibe of old-school manufacturing to it. The place shares space with a bunch of other local businesses from a distillery to a kayak rental- so when you are there you can check out some other places, too. They have a great patio out front to breathe in some fresh air while you sip (if it's the summer that is!) but the inside is cavernous and you can take your drink and enjoy it in the large inner space, or get a large jug to go.
