Fort Smith Coffee Co. at The River’s Edge

They are charging increasingly more for coffee beverages without reflection online, paper signs or via the digital menus. There is no explanation as to the price increase. I was charged $7 for a hot true grit today per my receipt but up on the screen, it shows $6.75. This is false advertisement. I brought it to “Marisol”’s attention and she didn’t seem to care. She nonchalantly said she would mention it. The attitude about anything customer service has always been received as lax by employees in my experience, no matter the location.

Fort Smith Coffee Co never ceases to amaze me with their positively vibing locations. This location is unique and offers beautiful window seating with a view of the river. The True Grit drink is delicious!

View by the river is amazing, great location. I really wanted to give it a high rating but service was horrible. The college looking guy never greeted anyone or acknowledged them till it was their turn to order. I waited for a bit & never said I’ll be right with you… anything like that. A group of people came in at the same time I had walked in & worker looked really annoyed. I mean why be there?!… it really seemed like he hated his job. No customer service whatsoever. At first I thought he was racist towards me but then noticed he was like that with everyone. My drink was light on espresso flavor and I had ordered a small but didn’t feel like dealing with him. Not to mention the abbreviated kindergarten scribble on my cup. Took me a second to realize it was the name of type of drink I ordered. View & location is great but horrible service & atmosphere wasn’t welcoming.

The house made syrups put this place above the rest. Great tasting coffee. Ordered a latte with an extra shot. Great flavor of coffee and not too sugary. Peaceful location by the river.

I wish I could give the atmosphere 10 ⭐️!! Fort Smith Coffee co. did it again. They find spaces and completely transform them to have a comfortable and totally unique vibe. This may be their most gorgeous space yet. We were able to sip our coffee while watching the sun set over the river. Just stunning. The drinks and food are excellent as always.
