Crema's Take
“Seed and Water is a massive, beautifully designed café with genuinely excellent croissants and butter rolls that justify a visit on their own, but multiple reviewers have flagged the same frustrating issue: drinks arrive loaded with so much ice (50-75% of the cup) that you're mostly paying for water and air. If you're coming for pastries and a place to camp out with a laptop, the spacious interior and seating variety make it work; if you want quality coffee or tea, the portions and execution fall short of the price.”
What to expect
Known for their pour-over program, matcha and tea options too. A slow-sit, laptop-friendly spot, good for meetings. Pastries on the menu.

See all on Google →Arrived right at opening at 9 AM on a weekday. So many tables and different seating options - about 4 large booths, TONS of smaller tables and additional couch like seating. Beautiful interior and very well designed. Really enjoyed the colorful atmosphere and retro feel. Loved…
Sooo much ice. See pictures. 3 different times and each time the ice was at 50-75% full. I get it that they need to make a profit but how much can ingredients cost for drinks. It's the most profitable items in the food industry. I cant imagine coming here when their promotion…
Located at the Source, this place is massive. We saw it from the third floor and I thought it was some sort of food hall. Didn't' realize until we got there, it was a roastery and café. There's plenty of seating and there's room for more seating eventually or even a merch…
Such a spacious bakery with plenty of seats and tables. We bought 6 of their butter salt rolls (regular, matcha & squid ink) for $20. The rolls had a nice crunch on the outside and inside was soft and buttery. Their flavored rolls, you couldn't taste any difference though.…
Went in for some pastries and drinks over the past few weeks and left impressed with the baked goods, but not so much with the drinks. The croissants were the star here—flaky, buttery, and filled just right. The coffee and matcha, though, were just okay—nothing bad, just didn’t…
