Crema's Take

Kevista Coffee draws in everyone from solo explorers to families with toddlers, creating a genuine community hub where the owners clearly know how to make people feel at home. Their drinks hit that sweet spot between carefully crafted classics and bold signature creations—think clove lattes with real punch and chai worth seeking out—paired with pastries like cinnamon rolls that clearly aren't an afterthought. It's the kind of place where quality and warmth feel equally prioritized, making it worth the drive even if you're just passing through Eagle.

Kevista is amazing all around-wonderful owners and staff. I am baffled by a few of the negative reviews. Myself and toddlers always feel welcome, coffee and food is amazing. Go now!

Honestly one of the best coffee shops I've been to! I can always count on really good quality and flavorful drinks. Absolutely love their chai, and the clove in their clove latte is really strong which I enjoy. The Mexican mocha has cayenne pepper in it that gives that warming feeling in your throat. Love! Hot and iced coffee here are both fantastic, and they always have a great selection of yummy sweets and savory treats to go with your drink. Fun swings to sit in too for those like me who don't like to still, and cheerful and comfortable ambiance. I've found it's not the best place to sit and work, but a really great place to meet up with a friend. Very family friendly, a great place to bring the kiddos!

Visiting from out of town looking for a local feel coffee place I discovered Kevista in Eagle Idaho. I enjoyed a delicious cinnamon roll that staff was more than happy to scrape off the very thick frosting (which made it perfect!) The Winter Wonderland blend of drip coffee was amazing! Great atmosphere with friendly, smiling staff all dressed professionally and not a single pronoun name tag in sight. Do people really still go to Starbucks?

When I looked up coffee near me, Kevista popped up. I I love stopping by new joints everyday so Kevista was today's pick. It was a 6 minute drive from my house so it was a quick trip there. When GPS directed me to this joint, the directions seemed like I have been here before. I remember it being the Alchemist coffee shop the last time I was here. It is in such a perfect location, I love Eagle. The perfect little shop at the end of the strip. Next to all the trees and shade. It's quite the setting. Walking in, this joint just warmed my heart! This little shop looks so fun and welcoming! The colors, the piano and the swing chairs in front on the windows. Swing chairs are my favorite part about this joint. How unique and creative. I simply love the venue! I was greeted by a cutie behind the counter. She was smashing out an order and told me she would be right with me. I told her to take her time. After she got the customer ahead of me squared away, she happily took my order. I got my usual, a small iced americano with sugar salted caramel with room for cream. I went and looked around while she was working on my drink. She had the cream ready for me when she handed me my drink. I poured my some half half and made my way outside. I love all the tables they have under the big trees. It's such a comfortable space. There's potted plants and so much shade. I sipped on my drink and just enjoyed the moment. It was so relaxing. My americano was....... ok. It was a little too watered down. So the espresso wasn't as balanced with the cream and syrup. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't the best. Even though my coffee didn't quite hit the spot, the customer service and venue sure did make make up for it! The barista was so sweet. The setting was amazing! I can see myself coming back and grabbing another coffee. I can also see myself enjoying it on a chair swing in front of the window. I look forward to it.

I saw a review about this coffee shop accusing the owner of being inappropriate by “flirting” with a customer’s wife…this led me to leaving my own review about my interaction with the owner. First of all, I want to state that I don’t believe the owner would behave in such a way. I’m sure it was some sort of misunderstanding. I have interacted with the owner myself and he was nothing but kind and professional. He was actually quite delightful and personable, asking about my experience at the shop and commenting on my sweatshirt (it had a Bible verse on it.) In no way would I ever mistake his friendly demeanor for flirtation. I absolutely love this coffee shop—the food is amazing, the drink specials are always unique and delicious, and the service is wonderful. I frequent coffee shops all over the country, and this is one of my top contenders. Keep up the great work, Kevista! You’ve got at least one happy customer over here! 😊
