I loved the California, which is loaded with fresh avocado, spinach, tomato, and cucumber, it’s incredibly fresh on their crusty, New York-style kettle-boiled bagels. Another standout is the Kaiti, a hearty mix of scrambled eggs, hash browns, avocado, and pepper jack cheese that really hits the spot. They even have vegan schmear and unique options like roasted garlic hummus or a spicy green chili spread. It’s a great, welcoming spot with fast service.

First visit, Sunday morning. I ordered the Kaiti and mango green tea. The Kaiti was good but had the thinnest amount of avocado added. Apprantly, that's how they make them because we ordered two Kaiti's and they both only had a smear of avocado. The mango green tea was very bitter. I had to add sweetener to make it drinkable. The service was fine. There's not a ton of seating but we still were able to eat inside with a few places to sit.

Fat Bagels is a 10/10. Authentic Route 66 vibe with a wide variety of sweet or savory bites. The "Wanda" was delicious and I should have got one for the road, too! Everything was super fresh, including the orange juice. Service was great and the food was even better.

Great location on Route 66. I stopped for a quick bagel and coffee before going out on our adventures for the day. Both bagels and coffee were EXCELLENT! The bagels were toasted perfectly on the outside, but soft and packed full with yummy cream cheese. I'm not a coffee drinker, but the brown sugar and cinnamon coffee is a MUST! I am still thinking about it days later and I only drink coffee a few times a year. They also had some milk bones for the pups. Everyone was happy! See you next time!

Found this place on Yelp. Wanted to love it, but can't quite get there. It's a tad on the pricey side. Got the everything bagel breakfast sandwich. The bagel was good - decent toast and good flavor. But, the scrambled egg was too much. Some even fell on the floor because it was just too thick. Disappointed in the breakfast sandwich, I wish I had just got the everything bagel toasted with plain cream cheese - I'm hopeful the experience would have been better.
