Crema's Take
“This intimate SOMA spot feels like a carefully curated living room where exceptional espresso and pour-overs share shelf space with vinyl records, local art, and vintage finds that make you want to linger for hours. The owner has created something rare: a place where serious coffee craftsmanship meets genuine community hospitality, supported by solid pastries and organic snacks that won't disappoint. It's the kind of neighborhood gem where a quick caffeine grab can easily turn into a slow afternoon of conversation, browsing records, and soaking in the warm, unpretentious vibe.”

VERY cute hole in the wall place. The food pretty ok, but because it’s such a small place you don’t hold it against them. There’s also a small music and art selection in the back. The drinks are very good and made with care. The guys who owns it is often the barista.
I love this part of San Francisco (SOMA) because of Cafes such as Suspiro (Sigh). Cafe Suspiro is unique, hip , and very well suited to enjoy a coffee and pastries. My coworker has been impressed with the Cafe so I was invited to share in a morning brew. The Cafe is small but charming because of its decor. The coffee is aromatic from a distance and the coffee is freshly brewed. I am not a critic of any small business but Cafe Suspiro is definitely special.
Best café in San Francisco by far - more than just excellent high-quality coffee, a community space with great music, books, art, and friendly people right in the heart of SOMA. Highly recommended! Raul is the best.
Organic food options!! Love the vibe at Suspiro with vintage records and tapes! Definitely worth a trip. Lots of o80’s memories in there. Great tasting coffee with some tasty snacks thrown in for good measure. They had a decently diverse selection of foods and snacks that even included an organic salad. Definitely check Suspiro out!
Lovely coffee shop tucked in a small storefront with warm and neighborhoody vibes, awesome moto-themed posters and local's cento coffee. I stopped by to have a small latte as well as a chocolate croissant, met with very friendly and attentive service. I like that their atmosphere is a bit divey but the coffee has great quality.
