What a great find! Very family- friendly. Pleasant staff. Excellent quality food in large portions. Highly recommend this place
Great food & service and a comfortable setting await you at Lita’s Cafe in Santa Rosa, CA. Breakfasts from pancakes and waffles to a large array of omelets are tasty, filling and hot to your table in timely fashion. My favorite is the pancake special, with eggs and bacon. They gladly add bananas and walnuts to the cakes when I ask. I’m sure they will for you too. They serve mimosas and espresso drinks or regular coffee that’s nice and hot and tasty. For lunch, I get the cheeseburger special - a great off-menu item. It’s very affordable, just the right size, comes with all the garnishes I like and the same amount of french fries as their regular burger - which is big enough to satisfy a hearty appetite. Either burger option is great. Make sure to ask for the daily specials. They change often, and are always good. Go to this family owned and run local Santa Rosa treasure for an experience you’ll remember fondly and will want to return for.
Wow. The breakfast sopes were outstanding. Not only is it a unique dish, each component had its own delicious flavors that all came together perfectly. Perfect amount of spiciness for breakfast too. Unfortunately the quiche was microwaved, so don’t get that until they figure out a better way to heat up slices. But regardless, do yourself a favor and get the breakfast sopes. Wow.
I was very impressed with this place. Both our breakfasts were delicious. Perfectly cooked eggs, lovely country potatoes, and delicious verde sauce (I don't even like green sauce). Will definitely be going back.
This was the most serendipitous discovery on our trip. We were looking for a brunch spot that served more than just basic staples and didn't charge $$$ for a few eggs. When we saw locomoco on the menu, we knew we had to visit. The service was extremely friendly and sweet, like visiting relatives who were excited to see you after a long time. They were more than happy to accommodate for my diabetes and substituted sauteed veggies instead of rice/bread. My coffee was never empty either! Food came quickly and was exactly what we were craving. We had such a great experience the first morning, we went again the next day! This has quickly become a favorite for the area; can't wait to visit again next year!
