Cowboy Coast Coffee is truly a hidden gem. The moment you walk in, you can immediately appreciate how beautiful the place is, the design blends Texas charm with a warm, welcoming feel that makes you want to stay and enjoy the moment. The coffee is fantastic, and you can tell there’s real care behind every cup. They roast their beans in-house, which really comes through in the freshness and flavor.  What I loved most is the variety of options available. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic coffee, a specialty drink, or something sweet to pair with it, there’s plenty to choose from on the menu.  Beyond the coffee, the atmosphere is outstanding. It feels like a true community spot, perfect for meeting friends, working for a bit, or just relaxing with a great cup of coffee. The vibe is friendly, comfortable, and authentic. All around 10/10! I got the strawberry blonde dirty water, cowboy cookie latte, and the cosmic brownie and all were delicious! The staff is very friendly & the Owner is very personable! Highly recommend.

I love having a non chain coffee shop here in Katy! First off, so nicely decorated inside. The latte and cold brew were both so good and the Flakery cookies were just as amazing. I got the Little Darling (matcha with strawberry glaze and white chocolate chips) and the Double Jeopardy (chocolate chip with a chocolate dipped bottom) - yummmm. I’ll definitely be back, Cowboy Coast!

I stumbled upon Cowboy Coast Coffee's Grand opening today. It was a very pleasant surprise. Great coffee, great service, great atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

From the minute I walked into Cowboy Coast Coffee, I felt right at home. The owner greeted me with such welcoming arms, took the time to explain the menu, and was more than willing to let me try anything. That kind of hospitality is rare and so appreciated. When you go to Cowboy Coast, you’re not just getting coffee and sweet treats — you’re getting some of the best customer service in Katy. It’s warm, local, and community-driven. Bring your family, grab a drink, and enjoy a little taste of local here in Katy, Texas. We’re lucky to have places like this in our town!
