Crema's Take
“Michael's meticulous approach to sourcing and roasting shines through in every cup, especially their signature Mexican Mocha that strikes an impressive balance between restraint and flavor. This trailer operation in a quiet corner of Dripping Springs pulls off the rare feat of being both a serious specialty coffee destination and genuinely family-friendly, with the kind of welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger over your espresso rather than rush off.”
What to expect
Espresso-focused. A slow-sit, outdoor seating spot, good for meetings. Family friendly. Parking available.

See all on Google →Great Mexican Mocha - I got a very slightly sweet version. There is something about the espresso here with rain water. Good espresso and latte regardless. Try it out. There's also a brick and mortar on 290.
Best coffee in Dripping Springs and now it has a second location! The truck is in a quiet and low traffic spot during the mornings with access to an amazing playground once Fitzhugh Brewery opens! Looking forward to adding this to my morning coffee stop during the summer!
Great coffee and a friendly welcoming vibe. If you’re in the dripping springs area this is a must for any and all caffeine needs 😊 Michael roasts and sources the coffee very intentionally and you can tell he cares about the craft
Love this spot!!
Love Milk and Honey! So fun to have the second location closer to our house. Everyone needs to come and check it out!!!
