Love the food. The store works hard. Orders are always correct and yummy!

Attempted to order on their website, received an error the order could not process. I didn’t get any confirmation email or notification it went thru so i tried again. Got another error but checked my bank account and i was charged twice. I went to the store to ask the clerk if they got my order. They did not have either order requests even though i was charged since. The owner began putting in my order for me at the front. She then wanted me to swipe my card AGAIN to be charged. So you’re saying you’re going to charge my card three times in order to get one salad? Your system charged me twice already. Unprofessional and not worth the headache for an 11$ salad

I was disappointed with the service during my recent visit. After I placed my order, I received the wrong item. When I mentioned it to the cashier working on Friday morning sep 24, he became frustrated and raised his voice, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. Mistakes can happen, but I believe good customer service is about handling them kindly and professionally. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Had the river tweed breakfast sandwich. Place is amazing and well priced. John was excellent to deal with and very friendly

Pretty good sandwich, pastrami melt panino, lots of meat, fair price. Great lunch spot. Heart of darkness coffee, thumbs up!
