Crema's Take

Hello Coffee nails the casual neighborhood vibe with genuinely good food—their spicy pasta and fresh juices are the real draw here, and the baked goods and burritos (including solid vegan options) make it worth stopping in for more than just a cup. The coffee itself is competent and worth trying if you're adventurous with their signature drinks like the Thorn and Roses, though it's not so exceptional that mediocre espresso work will ruin the experience. It's the kind of comfortable, lively local spot where you'll linger longer than you planned, which says everything about Golden needing a place like this.

What to expect

Came here for a quick break but ended up ordering extra snacks because everything smelled amazing. The spicy pasta had good flavor without being overly heavy, and the fresh juice tasted natural instead of artificial. Parking nearby was a little difficult during evening hours,…

Stopped in for a quick cup on the go. My drink was okay, though a little over-steamed. The barista was friendly and prepared my order quickly. The shop is large with ample seating, but it's kind of dim. Overall a good experience. Might pop in again if I'm in the area.

A very nice, comfortable, local, coffee shop. The music is not too loud. They offer pastry items and prepared burritos (very good) including vegan and gluten free. A very nice, relaxing, comfortable to chat or work.

The coffee choices are fun and different! If you like spicy try the Thorn and roses. The pastry’s were a little dry. The atmosphere is lively and local. I highly recommend you stop in.
