Crema's Take

Nestled in Columbia, this charming church-connected coffee shop balances affordability with genuine craft, where baristas genuinely get excited about custom drink creations and the space welcomes both quick caffeine runs and lingering conversations. The welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful touches—like their theological book selection—create a distinctive community hub that feels both cozy and intentional, though the vibe can be hit-or-miss depending on the day and crowd.

I tried this place for the first time today on my lunch break, and let me tell you this is a hidden gem in Columbia! Prices are incredibly affordable, and the coffee is amazing. I got an iced vanilla latte, and it had the perfect level of sweetness while still maintaining a strong coffee flavor. What really makes this place stand out is their customer service. I interacted with the barista, Steve, and he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I could've talked to him for hours! Definitely try this place if you're in Cola. I wish I would've discovered it sooner.

Fantastic experience all around. Great baristas, great coffee, and GREAT prices. The baristas are always willing and excited to try whatever drink combination I can think up. Free drip coffee for college students (no ID even required!). I like this place so much I applied for a job and now work part-time as a barista.

Great little church coffee shop. With a good selection of theological books for sale.

Keep the umbrella close to you, if it rains you could help save a few lives. Never seen so many snooty people in my life. Will never visit this place again, smiles are free, a simple hello does not take much either, if you are affiliated with a church then act like it.
