Crema's Take
“Legendary Doughnuts draws a devoted crowd for their massive, oven-fresh donuts that range from classic favorites to boldly creative combinations, each with a clever name that matches their playful personality. While consistency and service can be hit-or-miss, the best visits reveal fluffy, generously-sized pastries and a charismatic staff that make this early-opening spot feel like a genuine neighborhood gem worth catching on a good day.”

Ordered door dash for pick up, and got confirmed while I was driving there, so I thought my order will be ready to be picked up or get started on it, which is the reason why I ordered it ahead. But when I went in there, she didn’t have anything ready. She didn’t even know what I ordered and was confused when I said I have a pick up. I had to tell her what kind of drink I ordered, i mean the whole order i had to tell her cus she didnt know. I ordered Red Bulls spritzer that’s supposed to come with cream. I was waiting and saw her make it and she just put 2% milk so I was a little bit confused. She started putting donuts into a box after making the drink. So I don’t know why they confirmed that and didn’t even start putting in the donuts? So nothing was ready. There was no point of ordering ahead and im very disappointed with this experience.especially in the morning when people are trying to go to work and mind you that there was no one in there prior to me.if she was working on the order or at least knew the order existed, i would have been less annoyed.
First visit good...Dude was charismatic.. Second visit bad... Im tryna explain to the young lady wich donuts to grab on her right to my left and she's like u mean my left with a attitude..Im like no ur right my left about 2 times im tryna explain..Kept my composure because I almost walked out..After that I was like ya thats it for me I'll just go to Donut factory in Auburn or Safeway or Walmart..I probably would've forgot about but it but it was my BDay and just got Back in Town from Vegas so it was kinda like my BDay cake..
The doughnuts 🍩 are huge. However, they taste very bland. I was excited when I saw the size, but the taste did not match my expectations. The brand, the boxes and the design all are perfect, but the taste didn't match the look
One of the top donuts shops I've ever visited. Massive selection of both traditional favorites as well as creative combinations! Everything was oven-fresh and delicious. For example, they have your standard maple bar (which is oversized!) or you can get maple frosting on top of a French Toast cinnamon roll...which is out of this world. If you absolutely can't decide, try getting 3 or 4 "donut holes" with different flavor combinations and toppings...which are again much larger than standard.
Fantastic little donut shop with a great variety of delicious and unique donuts, each with a clever name. The staff person was friendly and engaged, and the donuts were fluffy and delicious. My only complaint is purely one of personal preference: the classic glazed wasn't as glazed as I wanted it to be. Still covered, though. Overall highly recommend.
