A`A Roots

We enjoyed a pitaya bowl here this morning, and it was truly outstanding—one of the best açaí-style bowls I’ve ever had. The presentation was so beautiful that it almost felt a shame to dig in, as it looked like a piece of art. The menu also offers a wonderful selection of thoughtfully prepared, health-conscious options, which makes this place even more appealing. We’re already looking forward to coming back to explore more of their dishes.

Excellent food, consistently. We got food from here thrice during our stay, and everything was DELICIOUS! Black bean burger, chickpea burger, tofu scramble breakfast burrito, tofu scramble bowl. YUM! If you’re a vegan/vegetarian, THIS IS IT! 👌🔥

A real hole in the wall place. It is in a random parking spot, and we walked in without any expectations, but were blown away! The food is amazing, so fresh and tasty. We had the black bean burger, tostada and soup of the day, which was tomato. The portions are good enough and not too pricey.

Loved this place so much on our Maui trip! Food was absolutely delicious. So fresh and nice presentation, especially for casual restaurant. We had the avo toast, chia pudding and acia bowl. Tried the blueberry muffin too and loved it so much I went back the next day for another one.

A’A Roots is a delightful vegan restaurant. They were recommended to us by someone local and we were not at all disappointed. I love that this small business is also about community. I wish we would’ve known about them sooner. We ordered the Bahn Mi the waffles and a giant s’mores cookie. The bahn mi was so flavorful as was the salad. The waffles were delicious and had great texture. The cookie was so good that I forgot to take a photo. Our food was beautifully plated and equally delicious! We will definitely be back!
