They charged me $2 just to get a sample, which is ridiculous. You’re handed a cup and expected to pour it yourself—no help or service provided. I accidentally spilled a bit, and instead of understanding the situation (which could’ve been avoided if the staff had actually done their job), they just added the charge without even informing me. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Do not eat here it was messy and yogurt taste really bad, I regret not throwing my cup away and just leaving after serving the yogurt. Asked for a refund and they said no. I can take the 5 dollar loss, but this place needs the health dept in here ASAP. My strawberry yogurt taste like rotten strawberry milk. Look at that build up of gunk on the counter sign of not cleaning properly. Someone reached out to me to say they check the yogurt every day and what not, I don’t believe it. They should check the counter tops for cleanliness this place was filthy.

Clean and sweet staff. It was a quiet Monday so not busy and the girl working helped us get a few samples to try as well. A ton of topping options and various flavors of frozen yogurt. There was even a sugar free one. There are two sizes of bowls to choose from and then you serve yourself and pay based on the weight of your bowl at the end. There is seating inside and outside.

I tried the mango, raspberry, and cotton candy sorbet. It hit the spot on a warm evening. There were an assortment of toppings to choose from. The place could have been a little cleaner, especially the floors. But considering the high volume of traffic and minimal staff, it was understandable. Located in the Westgate Entertainment District

I really enjoyed the froyo here. I am pleased that they have Dole whip. I am not pleased they did not have original tart. However, Briana was super nice and friendly.
