Flavorful and healthy drinks! Great meal replacement smoothies and their waffles and food options are yummy. Great way to "cheat" if you want something sweet, but they're super healthy. Protein bowls, protein shakes - they got it all. Friendly staff!

Great post workout smoothie spot, but that’s if the goal is getting protein in. It was for me, but my family was looking for something more fruity and fresh, which they’d be better off at a juice spot. I enjoyed this place after a workout, but can see why someone would be put off looking for something different.

I went here for the first time today. Grabbed a peanut butter and banana smoothie. It was great! Kristen was very informative and provided info on the different drink types. Great service and atmosphere.

My first time here was really good!! The workers were quick to make my friends and I feel welcomed. They were super helpful in choosing a drink and explaining them. They also have a lounge in the back which caught us all by surprise because the place is narrow and not entirely huge. But the lounge had a cute aesthetic and they gave us a remote to watch whatever we wanted!! And they brought us our drinks once they were done. Going to make this place my favorite spot now!!☺️

Sooooo good!!! This place is an amazing choice if you're looking for something healthy and tasty. The mint chocolate chip shake is my go-to and the super friendly staff is always a bonus!
