Heavenly Cup

ordered an iced coffee and specifically said iced. barista gave me a hot and told them that’s not what i ordered and she said cause she “didn’t hear” iced that she’ll need to charge for both the ice and hot. grabbed the hot and never coming here again

I usually have a pleasant experience at this location. Today I ordered a smoothie and it did not taste like the smoothies that I normally get from here. I didn’t leave the parking lot and pulled around to the front to see if I could be remade because it was not good. I was told that I had to pay for another smoothie. I gave the smoothie back and received a refund. This is my last day in Alaska after being here for 5 years and the young lady at heavenly cup made me appreciate that I will no longer reside in AK because I’m not aware of the ingredients used, I just had to accept the not so good drink.

The cinnamon rolls are HUGE (they are basically a cake) and the icing is really good. I always get lattes and those are always good, not too sweet when you get syrup. The baristas are always nice and friendly.

Emily was so patient and kind with helping choose the tastiest lotus drink. I will definitely be back!

1st time here. Service was amazing. We got sludges and mocha breve (s). We were difficult customers , but barista got us on point. End result: Quick service of amazing coffee. (And the cups are cute)
