Crema's Take

Tucked behind an alley gate in Cincinnati's Northside, Collective Espresso reveals itself as a genuine hidden gem with a greenhouse-like structure that feels like stepping into the domain of true coffee wizards. The crew here keeps things beautifully simple—a focused menu that shines with thoughtful details like orange cardamom syrup, precise pour-overs, and espresso drinks that justify the passionate following. It's a tight, intentional space where skilled baristas move with grace even during rushes, and a sunlit back nook invites you to linger over coffee that's seriously, genuinely good.

What to expect

Espresso-focused, with a pour-over program. A slow-sit spot, good for meetings.

Very cool coffee shop and very nice barista man behind the counter!! You have to enter through an alley gate and follow it to the back where the greenhouse looking structure is, the coffee wizards lie there in waiting to serve you excellence.

Small shop, simple menu. I got the fancy drip(Guatemala) and a flat white with the new orange cardamom syrup! Super tasty sippers
