This is my 2nd time visiting this store and I will be returning for all of my last minute needs. They’re also reasonably priced compared to other local stores. I brought the wrong debit card and was about to put one of my items back but a kind gentleman handed me $10, and the wonderful cashier let me go with owing a little under $2 that I nearly demanded he let me pay! Lol. Nice store with friendly locals in a beautiful neighborhood…can’t beat it.

Very clean neighborhood store with wide variety of groceries. Good selection of dairy products, nuts, snacks, canned goods and frozen food. Welcoming atmosphere, friendly, helpful service. Good prices. Conveniently located on bus route and walking distance to Metra.

Definitely check this place out. Ideal mini mart just opened on the corner of Farwell and Clark. A really wide but nicely curated selection of quality grocery items. I don’t know his name yet but the owner is cool. He is obviously committed to bringing a really good and convenient shopping experience to Roger’s Park. I recommend a visit and will be telling all my neighbors to do the same.
