The employees are knowledgeable and do not hesitate to offer combination suggestions to suit your tastes. With a tea bar, refridgerated prepackaged favorites, and made to order fresh teas - there is something for everyone. They have Caffinated, Decaf, Energy, Iced, Frozen, Hot, and endless shelves of a variety of teas and flavors. They also offer small treats and/or prepackaged snack options. The prices are fair for the variety and service.

I’m sorry but the times I have been here the service just is not it. They’re like zoned out or don’t care or don’t want to engage with the customer. Last time I was there, I was getting my order and she didn’t even remember what she was giving me I had to remind her that’s kinda rude, but my order was fine. I guess the drinks are great either way I’ll give them that..

I’ve tried a million drinks and loved them all! The blended apple butter chai was literally amazing !!! I own Hey Suga sweets and we just started there with our baked good about two weeks ago and they’ve been absolutely amazing to work with! All the girls that work there are so sweet and accommodating! Our bakery items have been selling great too…I’m sure it’s because they have great drinks to pair with 🩷🩷

The energy was good!! Wish it had some carbonation to it though but the flavor was there. Also got some Hey Suga Sweets. Some banana bread slices for my boys and a pumpkin spice muffin for myself. Soooo good!! 🫶 we had to go to the Farmers Market Saturday just to get more!

I’d give it 5 stars for the drinks! But not the best service… I like a good “hi how are you” and “have a nice day”, it’s just too simple. It’s not a major deal, but the atmosphere would be much better off with more positive vibes. Got the Royal Palmer, delicious lemon tea that isn’t too sweet. We also got the Life Preserver, this one was interesting and we loved trying all the flavors layered before mixing them. 😋
