Yellow City Grind

I went this morning and got 2 matcha lattes, one lucky charms, one fruity pebbles and a mudslide. The ONLY drink that was good was the mudslide. I received my lucky charms matcha and it was an oat milk latte not matcha, I went inside the girl remade it but it tasted like sweet grass absolutely no flavor. My daughters was okay, but lacked flavor as well. The staff was super sweet , so I will give them that but definitely would not recommend a matcha latte. Super disappointed that I wasted $23.00 at this place just to throw my drink away.

I drink sugar free flavored coffee, and explained I still wanted my latte sweet... just sugar free. I don't like bitter coffee. I don't think that's unusual. They said they understood. It was still bitter. Not sweet whatsoever! The two people with me, who also ordered coffees, didn't like theirs either. One ordered a seasonal drink, and said it didn't taste like anything. The other said hers was too bitter and didn't drink it. This was the third chance I'd given this place. I won't be back. Sorry, y'all. I tried. I really wanted to like your coffee!

The coffee was fantastic. 10/10 The workers were kind and I got a cute message on my cup. Would definitely recommend.

I can say I have found one of my favorite coffee shops here in Lubbock! We have been coming here multiple times! I love their great customer service, cute decor with comfy seats, delicious drinks, MASSIVE chocolate cake pops! I couldn’t believe they had a 42oz option and they do offer pup cups so my boys go crazy every time we’re at the drive thru lol. My current favorite is the "Tropical Christmas Breve" and hubby loves the "Caramel Macchiato". Definitely come check this place out!

I’m so excited about Yellow City Grind! I stopped by on opening day and was genuinely impressed — everything ran so smoothly, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their coffee is delicious and very fairly priced, which is such a win. The location is great, and I love how much seating they have; it makes the whole space feel inviting and easy to settle into. We’re honestly so glad to have them here in Lubbock now. Can’t wait to go back!
